I'm from outside of St. Louis, Missouri, and I came to the University of Iowa for their Biomedical Engineering program with a Cellular Engineering focus area.  I'm a third year Biomedical Engineering major with a focus in Cellular Engineering and a minor in math. Outside of school I enjoy baking, cooking, and running. Going to the University of Iowa has allowed me to have research opportunities to ultimately help me find what I would like to do after I graduate. I would like to attend a graduate program that focuses on immunoengineering or genomics and systems biology.
